Love working in the office Mon-Thursday and being surrounded by talented people yet have the flexibility to work remote on Friday's. Best of two worlds!

Macro-economics has impacted many businesses and PODS is one of them. However, our business is still stable and making investments as a growth company. Every company I've worked for can improve communication.

There is not a work life balance. There will be many times that you will work M- Sun. from 8 to 8 to complete a project. If you cannot then you are forced to do so
