The people are amazing to work with. I have been working here a while & the main reason I’m trying to weather through the storm is because I love who I work with.

Cons

It is terrifying what our CEO has done. She has diminished our pride in our company & has outsourced to BPO agents. She dug us so deep in debt that we barely get raises, our spiffs got taken away from us, layoffs happened to people who lived & breathed PODS for over decades. Once layoffs start happening…it creates a very scary shift in working in the office.

Great collaborative team. Nice coworkers in the field that work hard. Good consumer product

Cons

Layoffs every year, bonus went from 150% to 82% to 0% this year, same senior leaders that bankrupted Hertz, 4 days onsite for corporate, limited promotional opportunities director and above roles hired externally
