-All-star CEO with a growth focus. -Learning culture. -Team that works together and checks ego at the door. -Team has a diversity of backgrounds and experience. -Ownership (Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan) makes for a great social mission.

Cons

-Technology platforms (but improving). -Incentives, benefits, work flexibility (while these aren't bad, they are falling behind other companies of similar size as the post-COVID landscape rapidly changes the workspace).

The sales tactics here are very misleading, and high pressure. No team leader helped in any capacity. Managers spent their day socializing on the floor. Extremely political environment. Director was extremely fake.

You can be promoted very quickly. Good pay Good hours

Cons

No teamwork Manager was racist, upper did nothing to solve this issues. Upper management brushed off these issue because they didn't have anyone to replace him
