-All-star CEO with a growth focus. -Learning culture. -Team that works together and checks ego at the door. -Team has a diversity of backgrounds and experience. -Ownership (Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan) makes for a great social mission.

Cons

-Technology platforms (but improving). -Incentives, benefits, work flexibility (while these aren't bad, they are falling behind other companies of similar size as the post-COVID landscape rapidly changes the workspace).

Cons

Growth comes with a strong economy and people buying and selling homes so it tends to be market controlled to a degree. Very busy in summer slower in winter.

I also have traveled to many different markets and seen the great work that is performed in many different place like Dallas, Texas, Memphis, Tennessee, Nashville, Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee, Birmingham, Alabama, Mississippi, and many more.

Work-life balance as a manager of multiple markets.
