      You can be promoted very quickly. Good pay Good hours

      Cons

      No teamwork Manager was racist, upper did nothing to solve this issues. Upper management brushed off these issue because they didn't have anyone to replace him

      Pros

      The pay for Class B in NW Florida is the highest you will find. My managers at my branch office are the best managers I have ever worked for. 5-12 stops a day 15min outside the truck working hydraulics per stop

      Cons

      If you have no hydraulic experience or hand eye coordination this job could be hard for you. NO SICK TIME. My manager has given me everyday I've ever needed off. But if you have an unexpected illness you can count on your vacation time only. We frequently work overtime personally i like it but many people whine about that.
