      Pros

      This company has the potential to be so much better . Some friendly people to work with and some managers are helpful and want to see you grow. Great hours .

      Cons

      lack of empathy for employees . Felt like i was a number rather than an individual. The training is horrible for a call center setting , No classroom training just a binder and thrown on the phones to figure it out .
