The owner times everything you do.He works out on Google how long it should take for each delivery,to the minute. He micro manages every minute you are on duty. Hes a control freak. You dont know how long you are going to work each day cos he sends you home at anytime.Its a joke. Example: you work one hour,he says thats all i have for you today,go home. The equipment is very dangerous.It should be a two man operation and anyone operating should hold a hydraulic licence.Health and safety is non existant. If you go work there be very carefull,you could easily be seriously injured. Lots of drivers leaves,says it all.

Micromanaging, all calls being recorded, very tense/strict environment and rules, bad management, never will get sent the correct equipment to do the job, and terrible teaching skills by the supervisors. If you like getting yelled at every day work here.
