      Pros

      I have been with POWER 20 years- the work is exciting, The opportunity for growth and moving up is there for everyone. They listen to your ideas. Good balance between work and family. Remote work available for most positions.

      Cons

      I haven't found a downside yet; that is why I am still here after 20 years and plan to retire from POWER in another 10-15 years.

      Pros

      POWER provides a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere that emphasizes having fun and doing good. The company is very accommodating for remote and hybrid employees and provides many opportunities to explore areas and responsibilities that you are interested in. POWER also provides good benefits and resources.

      Cons

      The only improvement I could suggest for this company would be to increase pay for non-engineer employees.
