Pros

Friendly company culture, solid retirement benefits and bonus plan. Ethically minded employer.

Cons

Terrible IT experience as an employee - everything is locked down, and finding a competent person in IT is difficult. Below-inflation pay increases for "Above Expectations" employees accompanied with above inflation benefit cost increases.

Pros

Benefits are good. Cordial work environment.

Cons

In the process of transitioning to a hybrid workforce. For some reason, some management still wants associates in the office full time when there is no need. Since they don't pay well and don't do cost of living increases, the savings to the employee is better if they stay at home.

Pros

-Very competitive Pay, all level roles compensate what seems above industry standard - Very people first, HR really tries to work with all employees to ensure everyone is accommodated - Employees are great to work with

Cons

- Internal systems, all of the propriety systems are decades old. Technology is trying to catch up but that push only began very recently. Expect lots of frustration with technology on all fronts - Growth Potential, While the company has multiple opportunities if you are a newer employee be prepared to wait. The company is heavy with tenured associates making promo opportunities very competitive - Work life balance, very long work hours. - Diversity, this is probably nit picky but the company overall is not very diverse. There have been diversity initiatives but they never sat right when they have not been representing the actual picture of the companies employees
