Pros

The people here truly care about each other. A vision for growth has been put in place and it is an exciting place to come to work everyday. There is a full commitment from ownership to hire the right people to set up the company in the best way.

Cons

Because of our growth we are going through some growing pains and need to improve our processes and our technology. This is only a con if people don't want to be part of the process to improve and would rather just be told what to do.

Great benefits and even better people. Their New Hire Orientation day is amazing and a great way to get to know the company and the people who work for it. For the Lewis County area this company is very modern and forward thinking.

Cons

The fast paced and varied culture keeps you on your toes. If you are not willing to flexible or participate this might not be the place for you.

Pacific Mobile is a very generous company. They are willing to train and promote their employees so both the employee and the company benefit. They strive to provide a fun yet productive work environment for all of their 8 branches.

Cons

Their is currently a lack of processes in place, but they are working on these currently to improve.
