      Pacific Mobile has changed management in that area branch and respectfully accept the feedback you provided. We are staying more connected at the branches so we know what is going on at all locations and because we value our employees.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for! They value their employees and truly care about them. The My Pacific Values Recognition program is a really cool and fun way that we get to reward each other for living our company values. I love the teamwork and camaraderie and feel like I am given the autonomy to do my work and contribute to the company.

      Cons

      Lots of different locations makes it hard to get to know everyone.

      Pros

      Pacific Mobile Structures has adopted new values over the last year and I feel they are for the most part trying to truly live by these values. A lot of companies adopt values hang up signs about their values but then never live the values. Pacific Mobile Structure uses their values in the hiring process and then follows through with the way they conduct business on a day to day basis. Listens to customers and employees.

      Cons

      Could be better prepared for business growth, Having high utilization is great but not having product when your customer base needs the equipment can do major damage in costing you your customer base. Customers that have to go elsewhere to fill orders even if they have been loyal customers might move some or all of the business to the competition.
