Benefits, make you feel good at first

Cons

Corporate higher ups are liars, expect you to have no life and just work all the time. Can't even take PTO, they call you back to work when on PTO. They are pretty horrible at hiring talent. They expect multi craft excellence but offer low pay. After about 3 years you will be at risk to be fired so they can save money.
