Medical coverage provided, Paycheck is average

Cons

Facility is dirty, Production Equipment is worn out and constantly breaking down. Another place that claims to put Employee safety first except of course when it interferes with making production targets.

Interesting and challenging work. My coworkers and supervisors were really great folks and good at their jobs.

Cons

We found out the mill was closing on Facebook. Seriously. CEO and officers sold stock and took profits the week before laying off 1300 workers and didn't even notify us.

The pay was not bad, and the work was not hard at all.

Cons

When I found out I had a rare eye disease and it caused me to go into a deep depression. I was told. T HR to file to short term disability through Cigna and then was denied and fired. That surgery would have saved my life
