Many good people at the local and corporate levels. Good benefits.

Cons

Not an employee valued company. No work/family balance. Highly stressful due to workload. No regard for tenure and dedication, everything is about the bottom line with the owner of this company. Sole owner so no share holders to answer to.

It’s a job and if you’re willing to do overtime it’s pretty much at your disposal.12 hour shifts gives you more days off and gives you more opportunity to make money if you decide to do overtime.

Cons

Working conditions sucks very hot in the summer time ,little room for advancement,it’s like pulling teeth to get Human Resources to do anything and you will not be trained well...starting pay about 13$ don’t expect to make anything more anytime soon unless willing to work overtime.

Great pay rate for operators, good benefits

Cons

12 hour shifts, been here for 4 years and still on 3rd shift, lousy managers and team leads, bad turn over rate with temp employees, no one will help you out, you only get 3 breaks over 12 hours, poor ventilation, hot work conditions, there's so much more I could write as far as cons go..
