Pros

There’s very much opportunity here if you’re willing to put in the hours.

Cons

I work 50-60 hours every week, as do the other members on my team. We’re consistently drowning and more work keeps coming. No work-life balance or respect for the human element. It’s all about getting the job done. Management needs some work. However, that’s my experience and there are other groups that would tell a much different story.

Only a few guys were genuine but of course PACTIV fired them

Cons

PACTIV executives and management know of ongoing discrimination, sexual harassment, nepotism, hostile work environment and they do NOTHING about it. They continue to turn a blind eye and add insult to injury. They refuse to resolve any issues. Despicable representation.

Great benefits, Great product offering. Have everything a customer needs in flexible packaging.

Cons

Ton of turnover. Never the same person in the same role over two months. Retail division is a mess. No one left from one year ago. Promotion pay does not equal what they are paying people from the outside. Huge imbalance between long term employees and new hires. Not for everyone. Chaos culture. Military ideas without military structure or training.
