      Its a dysfunctional bureaucracy. Some Managers were ok, but most had a micro-management, shut up and dribble approach. Good luck getting any recognition for your hard work. Your over-zealous manager will be taking those accolades. Kiss some butt and shut your mouth if you want to keep your job here. RUN!!!!

      Honestly, the only pro is that there are some nice people at the mill.

      Cons

      Terrible working hours, conditions and most of all not a single ounce of safety is practiced. Racism is also a huge issue here.
