      Pros

      Advice to job seekers is to be aware of the group your entering and the experience of the leadership team.

      Cons

      Frequent org changes and RIF's cause programs and projects to be left idle or abandoned. Currently, the leadership teams are young and new in their positions. It's a survival of the fittest environment with constant struggles for resources.

      Employees fleeing in droves...hence the room for advancement Be prepared to wear MULTIPLE hats, since job postings are rarely filled Lack of support to meet objectives, it's a "no excuses......get it done!" environment
