      Big and diversified packaging company. Lot of opportunities for people with the right skills, especially for production and operation people. Factories located all-over in the State.

      Cons

      Private company owned by New Zealand owner. Very short term oriented with focus on quick profit. Very little effort by the company to develop young employees.

      Pros

      She is never there so you don't have to deal with her dumbness! Dresses like a little kid so everyone else looks better then her. Would be a good place to work if she was gone!

      Cons

      If she doesn't like you for personal reasons your out of there. She lies about everything to throw the attention on others and not her. Intimidates others to do as she tells them or they will be fired.

      Pros

      It got to the point that it was somewhere to go each day. Collect a paycheck each week. The medical benefits were good.

      Cons

      the standing joke among longtime employees is the "Productivity Program of the month" Management spends a fortune on programs only to lose interest before any gains are achieved.
