      Work year round, purchased styro plates at a discounted price.

      Cons

      H.R. Is always involved in gossip. Employees are refered to as worms to upper management. No consideration what so ever for employees working conditions.

      Employed and being paid on time. There are some people who care and are aware off the core problems

      Cons

      Rotating shifts, managers don't know what they are doing, union unrealistic with poor leadership, HR weak and unsupportive, corporate cheap, and safety program is a mess.
