Cons
Company is run by maniacal leadership and is extremely hierarchical. Any contrary opinion is not tolerated and employees who challenge the status quo are swiftly eliminated! Company is run week to week through finance spending countless hours over spreadsheets with no long term plans or strategy! Leadership has a short fuse and is barking out orders to his BU leads who in turn follow orders without any questions or push back! Only results matter at whatever cost and hence employees are urged to bypass processes and systems and claw each other's eyes out. There is rampant favoritism with the in crowd getting promoted over the deserving. For example the supply chain lead does not even have a college degree and is semi literate!
