Management is a revolving door, especially HR. If you want to do something other than show up, you get no support from management.

Pay and Benefits are okay, but not cheap or administered well. Cafeteria onsite

Cons

It is a toxic environment, run by the Sales and Marketing team so they're clueless on operations. Diversity is not welcome, so women and people of color need not apply. Attempt to do much with too little. The ticket here is military, which is fine, but then your candidate pool shrinks. Too political, which means a lot of meetings, conference calls
