Pros

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. No need for experience. Match 6 percent 401k. Safety bonus of $40 every month.

Cons

Hire all high paying and salary employees from other failed attempts at management. Pay is often miscalculated and not corrected for at least 2 weeks. No support for leadership teams. Accidents happen often. Supervisors have no idea what they are doing. No acceptable training program or accountability at all.

Sr VP considered a separate Product Development Center (for source material stream) to be redundant, abandoning the experience of a generation of engineering "aces" in the field of molded fibre.
