Pros

Very good work/life balance and job expectations. Also gives a lot of opportunities for personal growth

Cons

Slow promotions, salary review only twice a year, receiving rises locks your salary for a year

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of our work culture and growth opportunities. Regarding promotions, the approach to merit and promotions varies by company. At Pager Health, we have two merit/promotion cycles each year and we frequently review benchmarks to determine if adjustments should be made mid-cycle. We’ve also promoted employees off-cycle when they take on a new role. We encourage you to share your feedback with your manager and the People Team. Thank you for being part of our team.

Nice idea, poor leadership

Pros

The technology could be really impactful. There are some really smart and great colleagues (although many have left).

Cons

Very poor leadership that will run this company to the ground. CEO is incredibly condescending and equally as uninspiring. This is a particularly bad environment for POC as leadership makes it clear how little regard they have for DE&I. Motivation suffers greatly due to all of this and the blatant favoritism managers display.
