Pros

Lots of projects and opportunities to take on responsibility, to grow professionally. Coworkers are smart, friendly, and collaborate across departments. Management cares about recognizing employee contributions. Great PeopleOps team that takes diversity, inclusion, and well-being seriously. A 'people-first' approach to creating healthcare technology is refreshing and inspiring while other companies are trying to automate everything away.

Cons

It's a fast-growing startup, so there are constantly challenges that come up and need to be addressed. There is always more work than can be done in any one day.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. Scaling to meet demands as a Startup is always challenging and in response we have increased hiring across all of our departments. We are growing fast and we are looking to hire candidates who not only fit the technical/functional requirements of the role but can also bring new perspectives and experiences to the company.

Pros

Brilliant Staff, world class technology, strong clinical operations, highly collaborative and responsive culture, great diversity

Cons

Like any start up can be a bit chaotic, some processes need to be built out a bit more and leadership needs to better leverage talented staff

Pros

Top talent, great product, and genuine desire to improve the patient experience. More pros: - Unlimited PTO - Flexible WFH - Plenty of onsites and offsites throughout the year (suspended as of COVID though) - Free snacks, coffee, and more

Cons

The company is undergoing tremendous growth. As a result, there's lots of work. It's important to manage your time effectively to avoid getting burnt-out. Be mindful of priorities for the business and the overall tech vision and you'll be fine.
