Pros

This company is leaving a great impact on the world. I've seen alot of growth here from a hiring perspective and positive changes to the environment. One of the biggest positives is leadership visibility from the top down, employees understand what's going on in the business and what might be in store.

Cons

Communication between teams is something that can continuously be worked on.

Pros

The mission of the product is meaningful and we get to hear reviews about how our work is positively impacting the lives of our customers. Management encourages upwards feedback and for employees to think outside the box Coworkers are genuinely great people. Everyone is approachable and willing to provide support. The lunch table is a very happening place and now that we are under quarantine, the PeopleOps division has worked hard to think of new ways to keep everyone connected (virtual game nights, movie nights, meditation sessions, etc.) - Leadership uses biweekly meetings to keep employees informed about new business initiatives along with updates from other departments. Leadership looks to help employees progress in their careers whether it be by defining clear career paths or allowing employees to discover new roles within the company that may better fit their aspirations

Cons

Communication between departments can be strained at times.
