Pros

Unlimited PTO, everyone takes advantage and when they do, don’t count on an Out of Office heads up! Snacks A few good individuals just hanging in there Nothing Nothing

Cons

Toxic environment No integrity Secrecy among leadership No truthful transparency Corrupt and unethical/immoral operational practice Promotions and salary Increases aren’t given fairly and with integrity or moral thought Rumor mill/constant gossip Environment of chaos, control and no communication Inappropriate team member behavior is excused if the individual is in leaderships’ good graces I actually would wish this on my worst enemy, because of they’d really be miserable here. People have been quitting left and right and no one is told why or even given a goodbye email. Something is just wrong here.

Pros

Good healthcare benefits and access to Pager app free of charge

Cons

The good people are leaving the company in droves. Employee turn-over is quite high even for a startup. The business development team, for example, has been cut in half because the good ones left after a few months, despite the fact that they could have 25% of their stock options vested had they stayed for few more months. Even the HR department had two people leave within 6 months of getting hired. In engineering, key people who were top performers either left or were let go due to disagreement with upper management. There are people in management who add negative business value to the company and are clueless as to how to fix the organizational mess they have created. The company preaches about its “core values" a lot. However, it is all just branding and never practiced. HR preaches “social justice” and holds training sessions with far-left propaganda material of little to no value. I wish I had taken these reviews seriously when I was deciding on which offer to accept. Like another reviewer said, potential candidates, stay away!

Pros

Pager has been through a lot of changes over the past few months but it is looking up! The company has committed to a new strategic focus and is truly starting to build a foundation for future growth. I do believe things are looking up and I'm excited for the company to grow a lot over the next year. Pros: +Great Benefits +Good, hardworking people +Fun and young culture, lots of happy hours and social gatherings +Good work, life balance +Good offering with a real market need

Cons

Pager is still feeling the effects of so much change over the past year. Lack of structure and management misalignment can be very frustrating and stall progress.
