-Strong and unique workplace culture, where you'll feel part of something bigger than your individual work -High-functioning team that's always willing to assist -No micro-managing, Leadership trusts in your ability to perform and execute -Provides fully remote positions as well has hybrid positions -Family oriented values -Fast growing company with many advancement opportunities -Mentorship program for your preferred career track -Unlimited PTO with a focus on personal health and wellness -Reimbursement programs for certain expenses, such as travel, Internet/phone, and career development.

Cons

-Workload can be large at times, but with experience and effective time-management you overcome this obstacle. -Dependencies on your health insurance will heavily impact your premiums - there is a plan in place to alleviate this as the company grows - more of a caveat than a con.
