Pros
Work from home, get paid 70k a year to sit at home. If you game the system right, you can get away with pretty much doing nothing.
Cons
The work is extremely complicated if you want to actually engage and do your job, which I tried to do. You can't change anything on a server without going thru a whole "change management" process which means you can't just try things and see what sticks. You have to be all methodical and "read the manual" about it. definitely not the job for a millennial who taught themselves computers. They expect you to know power shell. They set up the servers in this stupid way where they don't have storage in the server, instead they set up a NAS and actually boot their servers from a slow-ass NAS. a lot of clients have useless GPOs set up that just get the way of setting up bandaids. definitely not for the tech like me who likes to just bandaid issues and pray for the best.
