Pros

Working from home might be considered a pro.

Cons

Most of the existing negative reviews are accurate. Disorganized business. Tumultuous working conditions. Poor leadership. Great lack of empathy High employee turnover and low client satisfaction. The company values marketed are not actually practiced. Upper management peddles that there is comradery but they are actually a callous group. Poor family health benefits. Other company benefits are boasted, but pulled at will and not delivered I cannot recommend this company as an employer or IT provider.

Pros

A job here may be tolerable if you are in a pinch and need job for a short time.

Cons

It is a chaotic, overworked and disorganized working environment. The company pays $0.00 towards spouse and family health insurance premiums. The company boasts giving out quarterly company bonuses, but never does due to the company not meeting its goals. It also boasts unlimited time off, but it is actually discretionary to management based on perceived performance. The more positive reviews listed on Glass Door are online PR from upper management and do not reflect the sentiment of the majority of the employees. Very high employee turnover with average/low client satisfaction. Move along. Nothing to see here.

In response to your comment about an insanely high workload, as we are a startup company that is rapidly growing, we do have a fast-paced environment and are adding more staff to stabilize the workload. Regarding your comment about the company not contributing towards spouse and family insurance premiums, we do in fact contribute to insurance premiums for all full-time employees. As far as unlimited time off goes, we do our best to approve everyone’s time off requests provided adequate notice. As most companies this year, we have experienced a period of high turnover, but are constantly working on improving our retention strategies based on pain points and feedback we receive.
