Work/Life Balance, Benefits were comparable to other companies in the industry.

Cons

Highly dysfunctional workplace Incompetent Leadership -- My direct management had no idea what I was tasked with, despite it being three clicks away in DevOps. And I wasn't that only employee with this issue. Poor Communication -- Despite having 6-10 meetings a day teams were frequently hindered by communications issues arising from middle and upper management's inability to commit to a decision. Little to no upward mobility -- If you are even competent-adjacent in your position you will be stuck in the same position with the same flat annual raise year after year.
