Pros
Great co-workers who were always willing to help IF they had time, which (unfortunately) they didn't. They were also pretty flexible on schedules to allow you work 5 8 hours shifts, or 4 ten-hour shifts. Benefits were OK.
Cons
Poor management. The manager I had in a department called PTAC had anger issues, and horrible communication. You had zero chance of any upward mobility whatsoever. If you asked for training, you were told that they didn't have the resources to do so. However, you were ALSO told that without training you could not advance. They basically created a loop and a dead-end job.
