Flexible working hours, coworkers are great, large variety and generous allowance for work attire, company car, 18 days vacation to start, management is not over bearing, home office support staff is great, laptop, cellphone, iPad and internet connection provided. Work environment is professional. Salary position. Management and HR care about field employees and the challenges they face day-to-day. Management is actively seeking out ways to improve the support for the fleet of machines in the field with remote monitoring of the status of equipment. Overall, a pretty good place to work!
Cons
Health insurance costs are higher than average and you have to pay even more if you don't participate in the annual health assessment. Overtime is paid at half time and you'll have 5-20 hours of overtime a month, except in California. They get time and a half for overtime. Documentation on their flagship product line, specifically a service manual, is nonexistent and they openly acknowledge that one will not be created. FSE's cover a large geographical territory, but the company is very open and honest about that during the initial interview process. 401k contributions are only given out if the company meets certain financial goals.
