- Amazing, friendly culture - Great company outlook - Employees given options to buy company equity - CEO is very approachable, brilliant, visionary (the same goes for the CTO and other leadership within the company) - Catered lunch... EVERY DAY! (M-F) - Endless snacks and drinks available (including breakfast items too) - Free ski passes and national park passes

Cons

- Some growing pains that come with a start-up - No 401k match yet - Hopefully that will come soon

Pros

The community of coworkers at PassiveLogic is full of inspiring people who are fun to be around. There are a lot of talented, intelligent, and innovative people who are excited about improving the world, and who are successfully driving change by solving long standing problems in the built environment sector.

Cons

As a startup, there are periods of pretty busy work around product launches or trade shows, but everyone rallies around together and gets things done.

Pros

Started working here as a part time IT intern and have worked my way up to transitioning to a full time Junior Software Engineer. Very supportive leadership, as well as the opportunity to grow and learn in your field and in general.

Cons

PassiveLogic is a startup so there are going to be difficult and time consuming sprints as is the case with all startups. Despite these obvious cons, team leads are often supportive and make sure you have what you need to complete your tasks.
