      Old tech stack inhibits improvements. Priority's shift constantly which is frustrating.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. The growth and development of our team members, including our management team members has been a big focus for us. This year, we focused on building tools and resources to provide development opportunities for our people, including a new leadership development program and skills training courses and workshops. It’s no secret that PayByPhone has grown immensely over the past few years, and a priority for us going forward is to ensure our people have the opportunities to grow and develop into strong leaders. Transformation takes time and we are investing in it.
