Pros

- I feel valued and appreciated for my contribution - I am not micro-managed and able to make decisions where I need to - Everyone is really friendly, helpful and welcoming - Onboarding remotley was very well supported - They are open to improving and listen to employees to make this happen

Cons

- You need to work some later hours to be on calls with the head office (if your roles requires this), however flexibility is allowed so you can get this time back in the day - The work environment is fast paced and the workload is high, ensure you are used to this are are ok manging your own stress levels

Pros

• Great product and design teams with lots of very talented people • Lots of established processes to ensure the maximum amount of time can be spent problem solving. • Great mentorship to ensure you have the right career growth • Flexibility around working hours and personal days off if needed really help with mental health

Cons

• Lots of projects on the go and sometimes a bit more priority needs to be established or more achievable targets set. This has improved dramatically over the past year but more work needed.
