Pros

* Great Environment and work culture * Awesome people to work with, very professional and friendly * Company is investing in design * Company is growing which is good for career * Opportunity for self growth (option to go to conferences or take courses) *Exciting projects and new challenges every quarter, no time to get bored * Design has a voice/opinion * Team/ company hangouts * Events for team bonding

Cons

* Workloads are intense sometimes ( this is getting better as we are hiring more designers) * Last minute priority changes * Not too many people cared about UX ( this is also improving ) * Sometimes there’s not enough time for usability testing and products are getting shipped without UX validation * Collaboration wasn’t a thing about year ago (but things getting better now)

Pros

- The people are amazing to work with and everyone I've talked to is very open to new ideas - Good work/life balance - Shift towards data-based decisions and investing in user research - Input is valued no matter your title - Current organizational changes are promising for creating career paths and opportunity to advance in your career - Never is a boring day because there's lots to work on!

Cons

- Last minute priority switching - Not enough time to really dive deep into long running issues on the product - Lots of tech debt, which means things are done minimally and shipped out without having a solid plan on how to continually upkeep and innovate - Benefits are standard

Pros

- Becoming product led as part of an organizational change - Global market with a large target audience across 13+ countries - Solving customer problems through research and design - A product leadership with equal representation of design, product marketing, product management, operations and data - A market leader in parking poised to expand in the mobility space

Cons

- If you are uncomfortable with change management this can be challenging for some - Workloads and investment for certain disciplines historically was imbalanced and will take awhile to correct - Strategic priorities can shift at times too quickly

Over the past six months, we have focused on building tools and resources to provide development opportunities for our team members, including our leadership.
