Nice people and ok benefits. Accumulate PTO quickly.

Cons

EMR used causes many issues- doing things harder Low pay- manager paid as a supervisor . More duties added to workload without more pay. Not flexible schedule- not everyone wants to/can work 8am-4pm or can be sitting in a meeting at 8am.

Toxic culture. Silos at every corner. High turnover, even senior leadership is brand new. Technology is so far behind. There is no culture of safety. If you value your sanity and mental health, look elsewhere. The HR system paints a perfect picture - if you want to move out of your current role and apply for a different position, this information is visible to your current manager/supervisor. Who likes those choices?
