Each affiliate location is responsible for creating a culture that is unique and positive in their location. For high performers, the compensation is very good.

Cons

For average or low performers, the salary is not comparable to other organizations, but that's what incentive plans are for. Sometimes the stress of the job can be overwhelming. Benefits are generally poor, including health plan and 401k match.
