They do offer great benefits.

Cons

They do not provide the adequate training necessary to know what you are supposed to do given the wide variety of variables that you will come across when dealing with customers as each situation is entirely different.

Pros

Work from home, and daytime schedule. No phones just chat agent.

Cons

Work can be repetitive and boring. Training was confusing and supervisors were not really available when you need help.
