Appears their product is good

Cons

Their lower mgmt in the Help Center doesn't come from a proper backgroud and have been promoted when their skills don't meet the requirements...have been issues of favortism, lying, harassment and many other actions that can get them into serious trouble.

Culture, by definition, is the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an organization. Establishing and preserving a positive culture is the responsibility of everyone within that organization. While this anonymous former employee has an overall negative outlook about our culture, and that is unfortunate, we are confident that they are in the minority, as shown by recent employee survey results. Pros

PerfectServe offers a necessary and bleeding-edge product in a crucial field (healthcare support) for which there is little meaningful competition.

Cons

senior leadership is dreadfully inconsistent and often out of touch with most departments in the company.

Pros

Things are looking up. All the Developers who thought they were the bomb have now left, time will tell but the teams are actually starting to gel. Work is starting to be enjoyable again

Cons

For a while the management team seemed fixated on going after the developers who thought they were those mythical 10x developer. Unfortunately those individuals where smart but extremely disruptive to any other member of a team and created a very volatile work environment. There has been a lot of cultural differences between the Knoxville and Atlanta office. They approach to work are very different and that has created most every issue that frustrates me
