Pros

It's a growing company so there is room for upward mobility. They also have a unique product that's challenging and fun to learn.

Cons

Moving up is dependent upon who you kiss up to. I witnessed competent performers that were left behind for less capable people based on how they interacted with management. They also promote people who have little to no experience in management.

Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, not worth it

Cons

Overworked, overwhelmed, not caring, and if you aren’t in the clique then there’s no hope for advancement.

Hi there! Thanks for taking time to leave a review. Though your overall rating isn't what we'd like to see, we're glad you found the pay and benefits to be positives. We spend a lot of time making sure we hit the mark on those fronts, so we're heartened to see that effort was apparent. Speaking more broadly, we'll add that team optimization—both from a workload and personality standpoint—is something else that gets a lot of attention. We know people do their best work when they feel valued, when they've got a great team around them, and when they feel like they've got the time and resources to give it their best effort, so rest assured that we're always thinking of ways to be better in this regard. This is especially true for the support center since it's such a valuable part of the business. Thanks again for the review and for the time you spent with us! Best of luck on what's next.
