The team was great but management is very very poor

Micromanaged, mistreated by boss, and overall not appreciated by management really sums it up.

Pros

Great work life balance. Flexible work from schedule in Alpharetta.

Cons

No technical leadership from "architects" The "architects" keep making the same mistakes repeatedly and wil not listen to more senior developers. Product Owners don't seek the advice of software developers when making decisions.

Pros

Work life balance. Work from home for employees not in Knoxville.

Cons

Slow to innovate. No real CI/CD, automation of deployment process is non existent. Still doing manual releases. "Architects" are just in title only. Keep reinventing the wheel (configuration, licensing, logging, authentication, etc). Sales Driven Development, if sales can think it up, it will disrupt whatever you are working on.
