Cons
Poor pay with abyssmal raises and no opportunities for advancement. Ever since the CARE program came out, the company has done nothing but prove that it doesn't care at all.Even basic things like the visibility of aisle numbers (very important to help out a customer) seem forgotten by the corporate offices. Email captures are now the top priority, and that will take precedence over basic customer satisfaction. This wouldn't be so bad if the system actually bothered to save the information the customers put into the email capture system. So we already got customers pissed off, and even more pissed off by the line that formed thanks to the email capture. But you can easily call for back up to open a new line, right? Nope. The store is almost constantly understaffed.
