Managers fired me for organizing a union in my store.

I have dreamed since I was a kid of becoming a vet. I am disabled so it has taken me longer to get through school. I went to work at Petsmart because I loved animals. I was there for about a year. My job always called me in on my days off. I stayed late if needed. Helped anyway possible. The whole year I worked there it was like a dream job. Recently Petsmart changed to where the cashiers will do pet care. I have one arm that works so it’s hard for me. Our store manager started treating me rudely and downgrading me. She told me I was worthless, emotional, and hit rock bottom. So if you’re disabled this is not the job for you. I worked so hard at this job and I’m devastated. Not to mention to treat someone like this because they have one arm. Really disappointed.
