      Could bring your pets in the office on Friday.

      Cons

      not a lot of upward advancement available, managers seemed to be playing favorites in alot of cases. Pay didn't seem to be comparable to other companies.

      An entry level job that leads to no where

      Pros

      The benefits package for the healthcare plan.

      Cons

      The managers are content with their positions therefore they are not advocates in recognizing lower level employees for promotions. The pay is horrible. The managers do not communicate the reasoning for hour cuts or the need for crosstraining. There is no type of "emotional intelligence" in management. We have employees begging to be moved up because they are now qualified (bachelor's degrees or better) for upper level employment.

      The pay is just OK, it is fun to see and be around all the different pets daily. You must have a passion for pets

      Cons

      This is not your typical retail job, there are many more problems and issues to deal with than any other box since we deal with peoples pets.
