Pros

being able to bring your dog to work, part time flexible schedule

Cons

inexperienced management, antiquated systems, no assigned seats and not enough space for the number of agents, everyone is hired part time, no HR Support, call center trainers with no professional training experience, and metrics set with too many uncontrolled issues, unable to participate in campus events and required to work holidays when rest of campus is off

Pros

Opportunities to learn with corporate backing. Management can deal with customers who aren't happy.

Cons

If you don't fit in, they will force you out. Don't be better than anyone and don't be worse. Make sure you make time to socialize with coworkers outside of the job.

Pros

You can bring your pet to work. You can wear casual clothes which is huge plus because it is so hot there.

Cons

The management and morale are horrible!!!! Incompetent managers and senior leaders who have no idea how to lead or what they are doing. HR sits on every floor like vultures waiting to devour corpses of employees they plan to get rid of.
