Pros

From the start of applying it was super easy and understanding on how to be apart of the team. They never failed to teach me when i had billions of questions. They are quick and easy and always find a way to resolve a problem. they always make sure that you are okay whether it be a work problem, health problem, or emotional problem. you could always count on them for help. not only that they always make sure the Patient gets what they need. They are super organized and always on top of things. The learning process is smooth.

Cons

I've never had any complaints about working here. nor CONS

Access for all patients, open Monday through Saturday! Friendly staff Great Benefits One-stop shop for Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Lab, Mental Health, and Wellness

Cons

Work environment- constant gossiping (disrupts employees) employee whom are target of gossip miss work due to work related stress and eventually quit Supervisory staff-inadequately trained and not being able to train sufficiently. Will use position to make employees fill uncomfortable, will call out employees on the spot to humiliate in front of other staff. will take anger and frustrations out of staff. Staff is never good enough,

Great place to jumpstart careers. Love the community that they are involved with helping

Cons

The pay is definately not fair-many new hires getting paid close or more with less experiance than older hires. Turn over rate is high in certain department.
