The CEO really cares about employee well-being. Great co-workers, great vision and mission and values.

Cons

Not for profit means not the most money compared to for-profit companies. But the work environment and people here are more important than money can ever buy.

management, no advancement in career, SMT rules the organization, pay is horrible, no annual raises, benefits are expensive, no assistance with school tuition
