This could be a great place to work for, but many changes need to take place STAT!!!

Cons

If you are a horrible employee and should be fired, this company will actually promote you!!! If you're lazy and a back stabber, apply at PHC.

Good place to get experience. Company cares about their patients. On the job training. Some good team leaders. Busy clinic- days go by fast. One of the best FQHCs in the country and state.

Cons

Gap in communication with management. Anti-nurse mentality. Run by medical assistants. Extremely high turnover rate. Some poor team leaders. Workplace harassment.
