Pros

We’ve gone through lots of growth in the past two years and that’s sometimes hard. Current management is doing a good job of communicating what’s coming up and certain departments are really embracing the growth. Management supports career growth and does a good job of promoting current employees. I am friends with my co-workers and I feel lucky to be working at such a great organization.

Cons

While the benefits are good, they could be better. It would be great if there were more paid holidays, currently there are six and four floating holidays. A training program for current employees would be great too.

A Great Place to Work and Get Care

Pros

The patients and staff are very friendly. It's a great place to work. I like it so much I come here for my own medical care. In my opinion, its the best medical practice in town.

Cons

The HR Department lacks experience and seems very disorganized, but all the other departments are high-performing.
